Hard copies are also placed at the pool in the balcony. Look for a letter of  explanation for local businesses and a program description / authorization form (Two documents)

 NOTE: PER OUR ANNUAL CONTRACT ALL FAMILIES ARE OBLIGATED TO $100.00 PER SWIMMER / NO MORE THAN $250.00 PER FAMILY IN FUND RAISING.  IN ORDER TO BE USED FOR OUR FIRST HOME MEET (NOVEMBER 18-20 WA AUTUMN CLASSIC) AD MONEY, ARTWORK AND AUTHORIZATION FORMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLIFTON COX / WA OFFICE BY MONDAY, NOVEMBER 7TH. ADDITIONALLY, ON JANUARY 14TH, 2005, ALL OUTSTANDING FUNDRAISING MONIES WILL BE APPLIED TO FAMILY ACCOUNTS WITH WA, INC.
