White Group
All
White Group Swimmers at Wildcat Aquatics will need to purchase a
pair of swim fins. The best place to get these is Pannell
Swim Shop. They have the right kind and style (long swim
fin) that we use with our swimmers. The
Speedo rubber swim fins are the most comfortable. Fins are an
excellent piece of training equipment. We use them to
practice stroke technique, as well as, improve flexibility and leg
strength. We will start using them in practice next week and
will most likely use them in practice everyday. So, we
would like everyone to have theirs by the end of this week.
Each swimmer will need to bring their own suit, fins, goggles,
cap(optional) and towel to every practice.

Red Group
All
Red Group Swimmers at Wildcat Aquatics will need to purchase a pair
of swim fins and a pull buoy. These can be purchased at
Pannell Swim Shop. They need to get the SMALL PULL
BUOY. They want the long swim fin, not the
zoomers or short fin. The Speedo rubber fins are the most
comfortable. We will start using these pieces of equipment
next week, so we need everyone to have them by the end of this
week. There are mesh bags with a draw string available at
Pannell that are good for storing practice equipment as they allow
it to dry. So you may want to look into that as
well. Each swimmer will need to bring their own suit, fins,
pull buoy, goggles, cap and towel to every
practice.
